The spreadsheet has columns labeled Thumbnail, Qty, Config, Number, State, Descriptio, Revision, Reference, Count, and BOM Quantity. Rows 2 to 9 list items with thumbnails of 3D models on the left, including: 1 unit of 108185 (Engineeribase_she1a), 1 unit of 108182 (Engineerienter_sha), 1 unit of 108157 (EngineerValve_Mix_a), 2 units of 108180 (EngineerControl_Sfa), 6 units of 108174 (EngineerLofted_Co1a), 1 unit of 108179 (Engineercontrol_p1a), 1 unit of 108165 (Engineeriregulator_a), and 1 unit of 108159 (Engineeritank_20lb_a). The Config column contains the "@" symbol, and green checkmarks indicate completed fields. The interface includes standard Excel menus and tools at the top, with an "Accessibility: Investigate" option active.
  • Enable Thumbnails: Switch (true/false) on or off to indicate if and whether the task can save thumbnails.
  • Document Manager API Key: This is a key security setting. You will require a specific Document Manager API key in order to generate the thumbnails. It is available from your SOLIDWORKS reseller or directly from us.
  • Thumbnails Folder: You can choose where you’d like to have the thumbnail images (.png files) saved. It can be a relative path to the vault root, an absolute path, or a path in or out of the vault. This feature is particularly useful to teams that wish to have a centralized repository of their thumbnails.
