In this course, we teach our add-in how to react when a user clicks a button or a menu item by using the OnCmd method. We explore how to interpret the data sent by PDM, allowing our code to identify the specific files and folders involved in an event. Finally, we implement the logic to trigger custom responses like settings dialogs or message boxes ensuring they appear correctly layered over the vault interface.
