Folder Columns Manager

Folder Columns Manager gives SOLIDWORKS PDM administrators an easier way to control
and customize folder column layouts across the vault.

Instead of manually configuring column views folder by folder, the add-in allows you
to define reusable column configurations and apply them to selected folders directly
from the SOLIDWORKS PDM interface.

Manage Columns Directly from PDM

Access Folder Columns Manager directly from the SOLIDWORKS PDM right-click menu.
Administrators can quickly open the configuration interface for the selected folder
without leaving Windows Explorer.

Create Reusable Columns Sets

Create and manage predefined column sets that determine which PDM variables and
properties are displayed to users.

Standardize column sets across departments, projects, or folder structures while
keeping the configuration centralized and easy to maintain.

Map Column Sets to Vault Folders

Assign column configurations to specific folders in the PDM vault.
This makes it possible to display different information depending on where users
are working in the vault.

Folder mappings help maintain a consistent user experience while still allowing
different areas of the vault to display the information most relevant to their workflow.
